By enrolling in lessons at Fret & Forge Guild, you're joining a community dedicated to musical growth. We've kept our terms straightforward because we'd rather you focus on your fretwork than legalese.
1. Enrollment & Fees
All private and group sessions must be booked in advance. While we love spontaneity in jazz, our schedule requires a bit more structure. Payments are processed securely via our portal at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Life happens. Strings break. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. Why? Because our instructors dedicate their time specifically to your progress.
3. Instrument Care
While we provide guidance on instrument selection, students are responsible for the maintenance of their personal gear during workshops. Fret & Forge Guild isn't liable for that one time you tried to use a coin as a guitar pick and scratched your finish.
